# Companion video guide — Plan a local delivery

## The story and the finish

Ife needs to move a sample board across Lekki. Before contacting a driver, she defines the service area, prices a local route, rejects an unsuitable airport trip and checks the saved job. End on the cancelled training job and its two-event history. The lesson teaches planning, not a completed physical delivery.

The most useful moment is the boundary test: an address can be real and geocodable while outside the business's service area. Show the rejection and disabled Create Job, then show exactly what restores a valid quote.

## Recording sequence

The current verified job is **RVK9LPZD77**, internal reference **TUTORIAL-SAMPLE-02**, in recovery organisation `learner-recovery-mubo2g1c`. It is cancelled. The earlier pre-fix reproduction job **UNZEC0D18U** is also cancelled. The manuscript's initial reference **TUTORIAL-SAMPLE-01** is for a learner's first run; explain a different suffix when presenting a repeat exercise. Never imply these are a customer's actual orders.

## Narration moments

**Boundary:** “The airport is a valid address, but we do not serve it from this zone. The previous quote has cleared, and Create Job is disabled. We need to correct the route and calculate a new price.”

**Saved route:** “After reopening, the job still has both addresses, the sample board and our note. The planned route is3.03miles and about11minutes. No driver is moving yet.”

**Cancellation:** “This was planning practice. Cancelling keeps the history. The driver allocation still appears, but no driver was assigned and no earning was paid.”

## Separate driver session

The reviewed driver implementation is `appmint_go/dfw_errand`, separate from Appmint Mobile and EventOxygen. A verified public download was not established for this course. Do not substitute unrelated mobile footage.

A later driver session needs an authorised test driver linked to the correct customer account, reviewed identity, company build/endpoints, zone, availability, notification setup and a controlled route. Record the offer, acceptance, pickup and dropoff confirmations, required proof, completion, actual earning and separate payout. That session has not been executed by this planning walkthrough.

Do not replace missing footage with direct database status changes, unrelated proof photos, invented notifications or screenshots from another application. Capture new video from the live local workflow and label the environment accurately.
