LeadSearch is a Chrome extension. You browse LinkedIn or Google Maps as normal, and it captures the people and businesses you find as leads in your CRM — enriched, deduplicated and already in a pipeline.
The point is that no CSV exists at any stage. A lead captured in the browser is immediately the same record your sales team works, your campaigns target and your reporting counts.
What it captures
It runs as a side panel, so the capture UI sits beside the page you are looking at rather than covering it.
How it works
1. Install and connect. Sign in with your organization, or let the extension pick up a session you already have open in Studio Manager.
2. Browse. Go to a LinkedIn search, a company page, or a Google Maps result list.
3. Capture. The extension reads what is on the page and shows what it found. You choose what to keep.
4. It lands in the CRM. Captured leads go into your pipeline, where they can be scored, assigned and enriched like any other lead.
LeadSearch extracts from pages you have opened yourself in your own signed-in session. It is not a crawler and does not browse on your behalf.
Connecting it
Two ways to authenticate:
API key — enter an API key and organization id in the extension. Suits a shared or dedicated capture account.
Session detection — if you are already signed in to Studio Manager in the same browser, the extension can detect that session so there is nothing to copy and paste.
Credentials are stored in the browser's extension storage, scoped to the extension.
After capture
Captured leads are ordinary CRM leads, so everything in the CRM applies:
- Enrichment fills in what the page did not show — company detail, validated email
- Scoring prioritizes who to contact first
- Pipelines move them through your stages
- Assignment routes them to an owner
- Campaigns target them alongside leads from every other source

Selector helper
Page layouts change. LeadSearch includes a CSS selector helper, toggled with a keyboard shortcut, for identifying elements on a page when extraction needs adjusting — useful when a site changes its markup and capture needs re-pointing.
Requirements
A Chromium-based browser, and an Appmint organization to capture into.
LinkedIn and Google both set terms on automated collection and rate of access. LeadSearch captures what is on screen in your own session, but staying within those terms — and within data-protection rules for the people whose details you store — is your responsibility.
