Logistics covers your own delivery operation — the one you run with your own people, as opposed to handing a parcel to a carrier.

Zones
A zone defines where you deliver and on what terms — fees, minimums and timing can differ by area. An address is matched to a zone to decide whether delivery is possible and what it costs.
Agents
Agents are the drivers or riders. Jobs are assigned to them, and their availability determines what can be promised.
Jobs
A job is one delivery, moving through its own lifecycle from creation to completion. Customers can follow their own delivery, which is what removes the "where is it" call.
Carrier shipping is separate
Parcels going out through a carrier — rates, labels and tracking — are handled under Storefront shipping, not here. Logistics is for deliveries you fulfil yourself.
