CRM

Leads, contacts, customer journeys, support tickets and tasks — the full CRM, worked from a phone.

The CRM on mobile is the full one, not a viewer. A lead created here is the lead the office works; a ticket closed here is closed everywhere. The CRM tiles on the home screen are Leads, Contacts, Support, Tasks and Pipelines; the last is covered under Pipelines.

Leads

The Leads screen lists every lead in the organization, with search, status chips and the deal value on each row.

Field on a rowWhere it comes from
Name and companyThe lead record
Status chipnew, contacted, qualified, unqualified, and the rest of the lead statuses
ValueThe lead's estimated value in its currency
Assigned toThe staff member working it

Tap a row for the detail: contact details, pipeline and stage, source, score and priority, the activity history, and the actions that move a lead along.

To add a lead: the + button — name, email, phone, company and an initial status of New, Contacted, Qualified or Unqualified. Edit any field from the detail.

Qualify, disqualify, convert (into a customer and, if you choose, an order), assign to a colleague and schedule a follow-up are all on the detail screen. Each writes an activity, so the timeline stays honest without anyone typing it up afterwards.

Leads sit in the same pipelines and stages as the desktop CRM. Change the stage here and the board on the web moves.

Contacts

Contacts has three tabs:

TabShows
AllEverything below, merged
AppmintCustomers in the platform, grouped A–Z with a CRM badge
DeviceThe phone's own address book, for calling and texting people who are not in the CRM yet

Tap a contact for its detail and notes. Editing a platform contact and adding notes from this screen are not wired up yet — Edit contact and Add Note both answer "coming soon" — so make those changes on the customer record in the web CRM.

To reach someone from a contact row: tap it and use Call, Send SMS, Send Email, Schedule Meeting or View Profile. Call and SMS go through the organization's numbers, not your personal one — see Inbox and calls.

To look someone up while they wait: type any part of their name, email or company into Search contacts…. The device tab is searched too, so a caller who is not in the CRM yet still comes up if they are in the phone's address book.

Customers and journeys

A customer's journey is the timeline of what they have done across the platform: visits, orders, bookings, tickets, chats and calls, with a summary and insights on top. Open it from a customer record or a lead that has been converted. The same screen offers erasure of a customer's activity for a data-protection request.

Support tickets

The Support tile lists tickets with status and priority, and lets you raise one.

Statusnew, open, pending, in progress, blocked, done, canceled
Prioritylow, medium, high, urgent
Severityminor, major, critical, catastrophic
Channelwhere it came from — web, phone, chat, mobile, API

Open a ticket to read the thread. Two kinds of message exist and they are kept apart: a reply goes to the customer on the channel the ticket came from; a comment is internal and never leaves the team. Assign, change status or priority, and close from the same screen.

Tasks

Tasks are your to-dos and the team's: title, description, due date, assignee, status. Create one from the plus button, tick it off when done. They are ordinary CRM tasks, not the workflow tasks the kitchen works — those live under Pipelines.

Meetings

Book on the home screen opens the meeting scheduler. A meeting booked here uses the same availability as every other booking channel, so it cannot double-book a host.

Search before you add

Lead and customer lists are large. Search by name, email or company before creating a record; a duplicate lead splits the history between two records and both look thin.

When something goes wrong

No leads / Tap + to add your first leadNothing matches, or the list is genuinely emptyClear the search and status chips first.
No contacts foundThe search matched nothing in either sourceTry the email or company instead of the name; check the All tab, not just Appmint.
